Dear Friends/Colleagues:

On behalf of my law firm, Crossley Law, I want to reach out to you at this time of global crisis and fear and assure you and the individuals you serve that my staff and I remain working and we remain fully committed to providing our clients with the same high quality of legal services and representation that we have historically provided.

While In-person meetings at my office are currently unavailable, my staff and I remain working our regular hours of 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and all of the lawyers and other legal staff continue to be fully accessible and available for clients, via phone, email, teleconference, Skype, Facetime and WhatsApp, and each and every one of us continue to provide the advice and service our clients need now more than ever.

This is a most stressful time for all, and unfortunately, domestic violence is increasing during this crisis.  Many shelters are emailing me the 2-hour DV legal aid certificate, and I am able to connect with those who need my advice, utilizing these certificates, and offering advice remotely.  I am personally providing ongoing advice and representation to clients experiencing domestic violence, as well as other individuals, both on legal aid certificates or a free consultation, in both immigration and family law.

I want to assure those of you who may not know me at this time that I was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2006 and I graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with my Bachelor of Law (LL.B) and an LL.M degree in Family Law as well as a second masters degree in Administrative Law. I practice solely in the areas of immigration law, Family Law and Child Protection Law.   My firm has others lawyers who also practice in these two areas and we offer services in several languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Bengali.

I can be reached at my office number of 416-850-1073.

You may also reach me via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and all DV certificates can be emailed directly to me. Please provide me with the client contact information so that I may connect directly with them, or if you prefer, I will reach the client through you.

I encourage everybody to practice social distancing and I look forward to seeing clients in my office again very soon once self-isolation measures have ended. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and I hope that you remain safe and in good health.
